Hi everybody, my name is Eric and I'm from Vancouver British Columbia. I'm 21 years old (22 on Boxing Day) and been in the Collision Repair industry for 6 years. I've always enjoyed the metal working process rather than the "pile on the filler" process so naturally I found my way here

Always interested in seeing different techniques and homemade tools (I'm on GarageJournal as well). I've got a damaged leaf spring pack at work that I can see a couple dollies and a couple slapping spoons that I can make.

I have a few projects on the go lately (although they're on hold during the winter).

First up is the 65 Chevelle Malibu SS 327. Actually my dads', but I'm his body guy so I'm taking it over. Needs alot of metalworking..... looking forward to working with some real metal for a change.



Next up is my 77.5 F250 4x4 that needs a resto. Putting a new cab (79 F150) onto the 4x4 frame after I've redone both. It will eventually be a 77.5 250 custom reg cab long box with a 300-6 and 4spd. I inherited my grandpa's 78 F150 about 10 years ago and been a sucker for these trucks ever since.



Finally, my money pit: 91 "Nissan" Hardbody "pickup". Way too many specs to list right now. I'm in the middle of doing a solid axle swap in the front and rear of this truck. Both Ford Dana 60s, high pinion front. Both locked, cromoly shafts, bored out the spindles in the rear and running 35 spline (1ton) shafts in it as well, 5.38 gearing, dual transfer cases (front dig capable) etc etc. I bought the truck as a rollover, put a new cab on it, redid the frame, redid the suspension and did a little custom work. The tube bed I built by myself in my driveway (with help from my JDsquared bender and my Miller 210). Turned out well.








Looking forward to reading some info on here and hopefully contributing a little of my own. Hope you guys like seeing pictures of ongoing projects... cause I love sharing them!
