Default so much to learn!

Hello from Algonac Michigan. Looking to learn as much as I can from the folks who wish to share the art of building motorcycle gas tanks, oil bags, frames, and fenders. i'm a rookie so ANY ADVICE IS WELCOME.
Married, children, unemployed, but happy! Looking to start working out of my garage as soon as I can get the metal shaping skills down! Currently learning how to tig and mig. I fully enjoy both! If any metal shaping classes are coming to Michigan someone please let me know!

Thomas

Welcome to the site Thomas, This is a good line of work to get into, I doubt you will ever get rich but people want stuff made. I have been doing this for about 35 years and I have had my business here for more than twenty years, I have never had less than six months work booked in in all that time. I could make more money working in a crash repair shop but there is a lot of job satisfaction from this and I would get bored doing anything else. I am in the UK and the US seems a lot more car/bike orientated than here as well.
