Welcome to the site, its not too hard to learn the basics, from then it is a case of practicing. No-one is is going to learn instantly but I have taught people who pick it up pretty quickly. I just finished teachiing a 12 week evening class at Colchester Institute here in the UK and one or two people on the course could do the things I showed pretty much straight away like Mark (BUZ on here) others found it harder. Everyone can learn it given enough practice.
