Default Hello,

Hello all,
I'm Marty Marino and have been reading on this great site for a while now and have learned a lot from the very talented members here.
My work has me traveling most of the time and I have not been able to make any of the meets, but I would like to if the scheduling permits, for the hands on learning experience.
I have done some small metal shaping projects although I haven't taken any photos. I would like to become better at the shaping and finishing of metal. I hope to post some and ask questions, I would like to learn the FSP usage and understand positioning better.
I appreciate this site very much and thank you to the people that have created it.

Marty, welcome and thank for your introduction. Picture the FSP as a coat of paint that you remove from a panel. Once you get the metal to fit it you will have an identical panel to the one you started with. Arrangement is accomplished by moving, flexing and bending, the shaped panel so it fits the space it is to occupy.

Thanks for the comments about the site.

Hi Marty

Welcome and thanks for joining us, think you need to make a small FSP to appreciate how simple and useful they are. Joe's explaination was right on the button.

Enjoy
