68 Coronet trunk lid restoration

This trunk lid for a 1968 Coronet, came to me from a customer who had bought 2 trunk lids for his car and they all were in the same disrepair, he had asked me to fix it because he said they are just unobtainable.
I first made the entire inner panel, then I made the outer skin and figured I would weld it between the two body lines, then I sand blasted both the inner and outer skins of the trunk lid. When I did that I warped the heck out of the outer skin. I then used my homemade handheld Lancaster shrinker to shrink the edges back down. I made the outer skin key hole with the planishing hammer, you can tell by my one picture that it took me a few times to figure out the correct size and depth of the key hole. The most difficult part was it was actually at an angle. I then fit up and welded the inner skin patch to the structure, fit it up to the car, and then welded the outer skin at the new seam, metal finished it. I then tipped my edges in the bead roller for the hem flange. I then hammered it around the back side of the skin and finished out the rest of the trunk lid hem flange. Then I metal finished the edges and fit it to the donor parts car.
