Default Hello from Bonnie Scotland

Hi all, my name is Craig and I'm from the South West of Scotland.
My main hobbies are restoring old classic British cars and general fabrication.
Currently working on a 1974 mini and 1964 Triumph TR4. Also recently made a nice new workbench from square hollow section with a folded 1/4" steel top and now making a rotisserie for repairing the car body shells.

Looking forward to learning some new skills and maybe sharing some ideas on the forum.

Thanks,
Craig

Welcome to the forum, Craig. My grandfather came over from Aberdeen years ago.

One of the projects here needing metal expertise is my TR3B, in the family since early 1964.

Welcome to the forum, Craig

I'll be interested in seeing your rotisserie build – I could do with building one myself.

Welcome Craig, several from north of the boarder here now, started building the wall again?

Great site with many professional craftsman willing to share. Get your head around posting photos before you need it, think there's a separate section where you can use for tests.

Regarding your rotisserie make sure you build in vertical adjustment to easily find point of balance, I have resorted to 2 pulley blocks , GRAVITY is your worst enemy.

Enjoy the forum.
