Default Hello from Virginia

My name is Burt and I am a retired Mechanical Engineer (BSME from NMSU). Worked in the Thermal Cooling and Packaging end of the Marine and Aerospace industries for 22 years. Now I am trying to use my small shop to do things the factory shops did for me in the past. Lots to learn but am having fun. Want to learn more about fabrication and welding using automotive thickness steel so I can make some mods to my cars. Thanks for the read. Take care.
Burt
