Default New guy from southern Illinois.

I've dabbled in metal shaping off and on fro a few years, but I've spent more time reading than hammering. I now have better work space and, maybe, enough maturity to actually finish something. I'm 65.

Hah! Same here and a neighbor from Indiana (went to school in Rockford), welcome. 60 now and this has sparked my obsessive interest. I am in the process of gathering tools and have a project to work on but this site inspires so much more.
