Hello from Nebraska
Hello to all here on the forums. I am a cattle feeder from Nebraska and do quite a bit of metal (steel) repair and building of equipment on the operation. However, I have been building a lotus 7/caterham clone and want to learn more about shaping aluminum. While it would be easier to simply buy the parts but after shaping the scuttle and rolling a wire edge on one side and using a shrinker on the other to get the correct radius, I may be hooked.
Tools include: Miller mig, band saw, assorted hammers and dollies, shrinker stretcher, a creative mind and an understanding wife. Kerry |
