I'm Paul from Kansas. 18 years ago I started what I thought was going to be a machine shop but has evolved into a more comprehensive aircraft parts manufacturing facility with a major focus on sheet metal parts. We mostly form aluminum using hard tooling in rubber or press brakes, but you can do some interesting things with a Farnham roll and I recently built a stretch press that's kind of fun.

We take a customer's 3D CAD model, create flat patterns, design and manufacture the tooling, cut flat patterns with matched rivet holes pre-drilled, form parts and assemble them. I've never made a shark though. That thing is pretty cool. Is there a 3D model?
