Default Hello from the SW Corner of Michigan

Hey guys, this is chad from the south west corner of michigan, New Troy to be exact but I doubt anybody on here knows where that is. I have a little shop restoring and customizing cars and need a little more experience in shaping metal, so I decided to join in here and see what I can learn.

About to start building a E-wheel as well, anxious to browse through some of the builds on here to get some ideas. Been thinking about getting a laser cut frame but very undecided still.

Take a peak at some of the stuff we do on our fb page, we have a website but it's so outdated I'm not sure why I even have it anymore.

I'm sure I know a few people on here from metal meet this year.

Thanks for the welcome guys,, I'll have to keep a eye open for that michigan meet, wouldn't mind doing something at my place in the distant future.

No luke not yet, I pretty much have it figured out though, i'm making some different dies for the bead roller, basically a tipping wheel, I got the wheel well arch done with mine but with the hard lower wheel it left to many deep marks so i'm working on some softer ones and then i'll get back to finishing it..

Been to busy painting on a packard to play with metal much.. although tomorrow I plan to make a crossmember for my truck.. but that's not really shaping.

Mittler brothers, and a HF somewhere around here, just ordered a upper adjustable shaft for the MB, should be in this week.
