Default Catching Up

I've been planning to scratch build an aluminum bodied special similar to the Scarabs that road raced in the late 50's. They made a permanent impression on me as an eight year old kid. The Devin bodies come close to the look and I've had one of them in storage for > 20 years. Will use it as a buck. They were very narrow so I'll add about 12 inches. Need to start developing the skills required to finish it and I'm sure joining this group will help

Life and a series of toxic jobs have gotten in the way. Never thought of this as a retirement project but that starts next year; I need to start catching up.

Jeff
