Default Hello from Sunny Swindon

Hi Folks,

I’m starting out on my metal shaping journey, and this site promises to be an abundant resource of information, inspiration and encouragement.

I did the MPH Motor Panels Wheeling course recently, spending a fabulous few days learning from Geoff Moss. I’m ready to do some more! I have a wheeling machine coming in the next few months, and a growing selection of hand tools.

My interest is alloy bodywork for 1950s and 1960s cars (mostly Lotus), but also just aesthetic metalwork, too.

Best wishes.

Jon, welcome, you started school at a good address. Here is a good place for further study. Share your steps, it's instructive for everyone. Those who only watch and don't share are here in addition...

Jon,

Welcome to the forum from a fellow Wiltshire member. What wheeling machine are you getting out of interest?
