Default Intro from VA

Found this forum while looking into flow forming.
I've got an field fresh Austin Healey that needs a lot of sheet metal repair in the lower quarters. Got a new frame up on a rotisserie but the fwd/aft substructures need some real attention. Thus far, I've done a little hammer forming making repair panels on wooden tools. Seems to work OK.
Hoping to gather/share info about sheet metal work.

Thanks, I'll post some pictures when I figure out an easy spot to host them.

I’m in Warrenton. Nice to see locals.

Yes, it's a May '54 BN1. Mostly complete, pretty original.
If I'm honest with myself, it'll be a decade before I'm driving it.
Fortunately, I picked up a Triumph right before COVID hit, it just got on the road a few weeks ago. Driving that helps me want to keep going on the Healey.
