Default Convert this stand to an English Wheel

Old bandsaw stands make excellent and really “rad” English Wheel stands. This stand by Hall and Brown, St. Louis, MO. made about 1910±. Weighs about 600± lbs. Throat depth measured thru the center is 30± inches. Over 6’ tall.

English wheel ‘build your own’ wheeling kits and/or plans are readily available from many vendors, eBay or Google: “English Wheel Kits”.

Retrofitted this will be the centerpiece of your shop floor. I acquired, but after thinking about it I will stick with my smaller bench top Imperial Wheel. I do not often have a need to work large panels. So now your opportunity. Fairly priced $500. You pickup or your shipper picks up. Calling is best: six-5-one, 4 two 6, One 6 One Zero - Henry

Henry. Great frame. If anyone buys, I recommend using my path for construction.
You will use the top bar and the cross hole at the bottom. The frame needs minimal adjustment. I'm far away, but otherwise it would be mine ....

Henry. Send it to Europe, I will make it a top functional machine with a beautiful historical design.
It will be possible to shape the panels if you go with the sheet metal in your hand near the machine and with the ease of a cnc machine ...
The design and strength of the frame is exactly what is suitable for adjustment to EW.
