No problem.

Those fenders look quite nice with the swoopy roof to trunk transition.

Now, I just have to try to resist temptations so that I can finish the project in this lifetime.......

but that looks so cool....... naaahhh.....well, ... maybe...........

Hey Pugsy,

That looks killer. If you are interested I have pics of the hood work from our meet. I can post them here or email.
Keep up the great work.

Hi Pugsy, have been watching your build. Great work. I remember you working on the front panel at Ken's.

Thanks John.

I'm still working on the frame.

I just started the lower control arms for the rear.
I can't use the stock ones as they're set up for coil springs.

The control arms are looking really good. They will be a good match with your coil overs

Thanks Shayne.

Stainless is a real PIA.

The sleeves that accept the bushings have shrunk like crazy, so I'm going at them with a die grinder trying to get them to within 2 thou of the bushings.

I really want to get this thing done so I can go back to the metalshaping.
Oh well, it all has to get done sometime...

How ya coming with your project?
Started anything yet?

A coupla pics of a welded arm. Just needs coilover and sway bar mounts.

Hey Pugsy,

No I haven't started anything yet. Been slow getting back to my project. Between work and my new house most of my time is taken up. Hoping to get working on my project again. Let me know if you ever need a spare set hands to lift or hold anything while youre working on your car.

This weekend, I touched up the two front hood panels I beat out at the Ontario Regional Meet this past spring.
Its a nice break from working on the chassis.

First I cut off the Burt buck material:

Then I tacked together the two pieces:

I got everything trimmed and ready to tack in place:

These pieces are more or less parts of the buck for the possibly new hood.
I'm going to tweak everything and slather some bondo all over later to see what the finished hood will look like.

Thanks,
