First test. Maybe I'll loosen the radius.

Thanks guys, I'm still going to struggle with this for a while, but the goal is already on sight. Basically, we are already dealing with the details. It's delayed by the customer and I give him room to approve every stupid thing. The responsibility for the result is on him.

After a little discussion we made a gauge for the shape of the rear fender. This forced me to make a shape calibration tool for Eckold.
Machining and grinding. I made the tool from what the yard issued...
Just to be sure, I did one more test on scrap metal.
The result is exactly on the shape.

Finally, the car was moved to another workshop for assembly. The undercarriage was completed and the engine was loaded to give it the correct height. The guys trimmed the rear fenders and put in wire. I finished the decoration on the fender. It was the premiere of my a mobile device. It works great. Both rear fenders were decorated in 10 minutes total.

Thanks guys. I also show those things and procedures that are not ideal. It is for the edification of all. I keep my 5% that I can't show, but sometimes they are essential.
