Hi,

4130 aircraft tubing can be purchased by telescoping sizes. Company's like Aircraft Spruce list there material sizes on their website.

If you hang the strap on your hoist, you can always tighten it according to the current need. I would solve the torque with an extended rod leaning against something (a door opening). But maybe if a better solution is needed, do a simple palalerogram and use the elastic strap again. It's reliable and you can get it dirty as needed.
Thanks. Have you used one of these stands or something similar and eventually changed to an elastic strap?

Dan, this is the first time I've seen that rack.
We use a rotary mixer to mix the building mix.
I understand that this is not suitable for some compounds and adhesives.
The stand works to lighten the weight of the hand mixer. Logically, an elastic strap comes out, which will lighten the weight.
I don't know what quantity you want to produce and whether you want to deal with production more.
For the first try, buy tying straps or elastic rope and see if it works. If you need to catch the reaction, attach a rod to the stirrer as an extension.
For industrial use, you could use a discarded industrial kitchen mixer. Instead of a container for the dough, you put a container with the mixture, etc. Or a stand drill.?
