Default Trixter intro

I'm Eric 49yrs old,
a Costco hot dog enthusiast that enjoys
Long walks on the beach,
A good movie and even better cuddles,
good tunes blasting in the shop at all times.

I'm not sure how many people actually read these intros lol. For real my name is Eric and I'm from Iroquois Ontario Canada, A small town 45min outside Ottawa and right on the US/Can border about 7min away form Ogdensburg NY.

I've been building cars professionally in some shape or form for the last 25yrs, Restorations, Restomods and complete custom Hotrod builds is what I've been doing for the better part of my career, everything from mechanical, body, chassis, paint, upholstery. Nowadays I'd say that 75% of my time is spent metal Shaping.

The past 3yrs (almost 4) now I have been working hard as a part owner/Operator of Trixster. A hot rod shop but so much more than a shop. it's located in a 17k square foot stone church (yes I said a church lol) built in the early 50's. we have the Shop, a dealership, a bar (called the junkyard) and a restaurant. all themed around the Hot Rod/car culture.

Mostly I spend my time working in the shop building our unique style of rides and lately I've been messing around with building furniture needed for the ever expanding bar and restaurant.

that' enough about me. I very curious about the type of ppl in this forum. usually fabricators are good people so I'm looking forward to this community of like minded friends.

Actual a lot if people do and certainly the volunteer admins who keep the site going, keep scammers and spammers out, and pay all the costs out of our pockets. We don't especially like having our noses tweeked.

Based on your smart ass intro title, I was in the process of deleting you but read past all that and approved you. I did change the title to something that people will read.

Welcome to AllMetalShaping. Play nice and you'll be able to learn and share with some of the best metalshapers in the world.
