Post Newbie From Illinois

My name is Gary and I live in Geneva, IL (west of Chicago) U.S.A.
I am new to metal shaping (retired Automotive Test Tech) (Gear-Head)
Over the years I have collected sheet metal tools & shop equipment.
This past year I converted my garage to a small shop

It’s a good time for me to become a student & learn as much as I can from this site.

Several days ago Google found this site for me & I was quickly very impressed!
The fact that people from all over the world are members speaks volumes.

I’ve got tons to learn & being retired I have plenty of time to devote.

Happy New Year To All !

Welcome aboard, Gary! I'm a former Illinoisan, recently relocated to Alabama.

Folks from all over the world and all over the map (in a different sense) haunt this site All skill levels are more than welcome; everyone has something to share and contribute!

Keep an eye out for a local gathering, there's even more to learn than what you'll see by reading!
