Thank you guys. I'm sending another photo. The parts on the rear right side are already screwed on. I folded them over myself, marked them, cut them and screwed them on for welding. It was a bit of shape tuning, but panel has minimal tension.

I managed to finish the front part. For the last bend, I made a metal gauge to draw a line.

Thank you guys. I think it will be done with the preparation in 3 weeks. As our ancestors did in 1930.
I still have to make fenders and mounting on the chassis. The race starts on August 11, 2021. I wrote 2022 on the poster. The investor laughed. I'll be done. The others are already on it. Maybe it will go without paint. ??

Thanks Carlie. Straightening the shape and production of the rear part. I used EW in to hand to shape some parts.
I shaped the back from paper. The hole is good for sticking tape. After cutting the paper, a cutting plan is created and shows the places for shaping. I started shaping one part.

Hi Jaroslav,
I like the handheld tool that you constructed for bending the edge of the aluminium sheet. I'd like to make one! I would appreciate a photo of the tool. Unfortunately the sheet aluminium has blocked the front of the tool. Thanks, Mike
