i have watched guys use a pressure washer for hydro forming on youtube. it seems to be a simple process for parts that aren’t too complex.

One of our "fluid forming" films has been up for some years.
Michael Moore makes motorsickle expansion chambers from two flat steel profiles, edge welded, and pumped up.

One of the old blacksmiths I know used to make rooster weather vanes . He would cut out two profiles ,weld them around the perimeter weld in a pipe fitting . then heat the fowl in the forge to a red heat and then blast it with the air hose into the pipe . Instant 3D bird.

Have you seen any of Kent 's flow forming with hand held air hammers? That might be a better choice and you could use the tools for other projects .
