Chris, as I look at it, your hand must hurt. But the result is great. If you put a rubber tool in the pullmax and therefore a pipe oposit it, you will save deep shaping. But as I say super detail. I would not believe that this is possible only by hand power.

The bedside was done by hand and I haven't a machine that could shape the panel like I wanted to achieve. The first two mudguard sections had the help from an Eckold for the shrinking. Trying not to thin the metal by blocking and stretching.
You do get tired with the hammer work, but my arms have grown like Popeyes.

what does it look like from the inside of the box?

Inside of the box is flat, as it is double skinned.

I decided I didn't need to make a buck as I could take take better patterns and use profile gauges off the RHS guard.

Made a bracket to give me 100mm distance off the wheel hub face to the outer guard edge. Same as the other side

Taped the wheel arch flange for my line. broke it along the line in the swager, then use some pliers, and then hammer and dolly to finish
