Hi. I'm looking for some pointers on metal shaping. I have a rusty window frame on a 51 F1 my daughter and I are starting. I believe some mice nested above the windshield and their waste caused rust. No repro parts. I guess I could buy a decent section from a scrap yard, but that seems too easy. I've done some research for English wheels, and don't like the prices or reviews of what i'm seeing. Quick search of your site said I'd be better of building my own. So I'd like to see the plans that Kerry posted to see if it's doable. Then, I might pick up some other pointers. I have a beat up 49 Ford I might want to chop the top on after the F1.

Thanks for your time.

Working on a 1951 F-1 and need to teach myself how to fab a complex patch for the windshield opening. Looking to get a good English wheel. Possibly make one.
