Assembling and spot welding the two halves together.
I made some tooling for my air riveter to crimp the flanges tight together.

Matt,
Really great work there, a pleasure to watch it progress. Regarding your Ranalah wheeling machine, were you aware of Dominic Chinea reviving the brand, his youtube page https://www.youtube.com/c/DominicChineas/videos has a number of videos relating to tracking one down, having patterns made, casting etc. Not quite complete yet but almost there.
