Kent, will those work for "flow forming" or do they his too light?


For smaller tubing, I've seen a variety of vibration sources work well,


from a de-magnetizer, vibratory bowl and an air compressor.


Now that I think of it, maybe a rivet gun adapted for the purpose.

For some smaller tubing sizes, 8mm 10mm 12mm sort of bore, I've used close fitting nylon rod greased or oiled so that after bending it can be removed relatively easily often with some twisting.
