Default Modena metal shaping

A few of you will find interest in this given a lot of the techniques are rather old Italian (Modena region) from someone who has done it for decades. Some of the methods shown are rather old school... and it truly makes me appreciate my EW and pneumatic planishing hammer. But a lot of aluminum coachwork has gone through this shop with just "simple" methods and tools along with lots of hand labor.

Invention is a combination of brains and materials.
The more brains you use, the less materials you need.

Very interesting video of traditional Italian coachbuilding methods. They are not afraid of hard work, or in taking the easy way out.
