Larry check out some of the aircraft suppliers. I've seen them there a long time ago.

Regarding the rivet spacer . . .


A frequent mistake made by the inexperienced is to drill through the spacer to create the holes.


This will quickly "wallow out" the locating holes and destroy the accuracy of the tool.


Consider using a transfer punch, or a Whitney #5 Jr. with the point ground off (to insure concentricity - otherwise you'll be worse off than if you drilled through).


I've never done it, but was too late to catch someone who did.

I can only agree with you about the knowledge here and how one can improve its competence with all the advices here! Your sharing is also helping that way and gave me ideas ti solve some issues on my own (ghia) project.. let's do it !
