Thanks for sharing that Kerry, that's the same set of emotions that I had when writing it.

Ha, if you'd seen how many ways I screwed up that pork and 'tater crockpot project yesterday, you'd know exactly why there are no recipes!

Will, Great job on this book. Like Kerry said, this book is hard to put down. I have no idea how you can remember all the childhood stories, but they are incredible. Thanks for sharing with the rest of us Will. Best book Ive read in a long time.

Southern six and the boys. I am still laughing at that one. Never heard it in all of my almost 75 years.
The Sebring story hit home for me. Many good memories there. Driving shorter support races and SCCA National races and crewing for the twelve hour and course working. I hate what they did to the old track. Turned it into a "racetrack". Part of the dumbing down of America. Turn one and two and the hairpin. Gone. Too dangerous. I drove there only once after they messed up a perfectly classic old test of car and driver. Turn one and two without lifting were indeed exciting. I regret that it was one of the few tracks that I didn't get in car video. Hiding the hops. I had not heard that one either. Will, you indeed have added another skill set. Author. The book is good and well written. I also, am really enjoying the read. Thanks ,Will. |

Hey guys, I've set up a small website where others , not familiar with AMS might be able to purchase a copy of the book. On that website is a 'blog' feature. I have never participated in a blog before, so I am not sure that I have it done correctly. If some one would care to make a comment on the blog, I would greatly appreciate it, in an attempt to test that part of the website.
It is meant to be a VERY simple sight, designed only to provide another way of purchasing the book, and to provide feedback. The website is: www.nascarredneck.com The blog is at the bottom of the page. Thanks
