Made a pair of doming dies for the Pullmax, to make the domed end of the inner tank:

The inner tank comprised a simple tubular shape to which two domed ends are welded.

Both domed ends needed a 1/2” tipped edge. This was formed on the bead roller and shrinker.

A handmade tipping tool tipped the edges where the filler neck passes through.

The lower half of the tank had a more complex panel on one side. I decided to make this panel from 3 pieces. (In hindsight I should have persevered as one panel…).
