Door. I had to mark the distance from the body. I sanded according to the drawn line and adjusted with the file to the exact size. I had to complete the upper part with two pieces of sheet metal on both doors. They forgot in the carpentry.
I tried the bending method. It could work.

Default Bending the edge of the door.

Bending the edge of the door. Maybe it would be on a separate topic. The door has an upper wave and a slight curvature. First I made the upper part and bent the edge according to the curvature of the door. There must be no tension in the door when clamping. Again, I used the springs from the bed as a pad.
After precise drawing and bending using a bead roller, approx. 45 degrees. I clamped the plate to the door again and finished the edge with all the tools at my disposal. The sheet metal must bend gradually around the entire circumference. Only when it is certain that the sheet metal is stretched and the angle is more than 135 degrees is it possible to carefully tighten the edge.
I think my first door will be fine ....
I just hope the body size doesn't go wrong. Still must I bend the details at the top. Then the truth will be revealed.
The photos go gradually as it bent. Maybe it will help someone.

I had to adjust the deflection according to the door after the first bend of 90 degrees with the jaws in Eckold. I used jaws for aluminum.

Thank you guys. I stayed with the left door until 1 o'clock at night. I have enough, but I have aluminum ready. A few more welds, but the essentials are done. The door sits like a Lexus - it has the most accurate gaps ..... ha, ha. I'm happy. And I'm looking forward to seeing my co-workers. 2 photos so far. I go to sleep.

Yes, nice work. I don't have anywhere near that kind of skill. I've banged some steel and copper into submission in the past, but the only thing I've ever done with aluminum is machine it, or have it machined. Also congrats on MSOTM!

Guys, thank you. I am very pleased with your interest. At the same time, I want to show that it is possible to produce this with basic procedures. I used Eckold a lot at the back. I was very worried about the gradual shape. It can be damaged very easily. So far, so good. The springs from the bed are great as pads under the clamps when bending. They adapt well to the shape of the log and do not leave a mark even when firmly gripped. Now the fenders.
