Default Hello from the frozen Northeast

Hello. I'm a new member living North of Boston. I have a 19 year old son that has shown great interest in auto mechanics and body work. He will be starting school this year in September. I have already outfitted the garage with a decent amount of tools for auto repair and I am now learning as much as I can to make a smart purchase of a welder for him. I figure that if he can get a few month's practice before starting school he will be a little ahead of the game. Not to mention that I will have a blast with him

Look forward to reading and learning.

Welcome Michael!
Some of my best memories are building a 1915 T bucket with my son
