Thanks Dane, The design, clay model, design transfer and buck are things seem to amaze people, primarily for the amount of time spent. For me, I knew what I wanted to achieve and this attention up front forced a real understanding of the project. I'm pretty sure some or many issues were avoided by that investment of time.
I sure like that truck you're building!

Thanks mike We did the drip rail about the same way. I couldn't think of a good way to make the cowl parts with the drip rail in one part.

I made these reinforcement pieces, they will provide some rigidity to the open end of the bonnet. The pieces were made using the reciprocating hammer and tooling that I made to give that edge profile.
