To preface, don't make suggestions in front of Kerry lest you get volunteered.

All that aside, for those members attending Jim's meet in August that have shop shirts, we would like to organize a t-shirt exchange so everyone can have some new fashion to wear. Additionally, a couple extra of your shop shirts donated for the cause, we can use as door prizes. If there are plenty of door prizes, we can sell any remaining shirts to anyone else and put the money toward the host to offset costs of putting on this great event.

Any questions, please ask away. Please respond if you have some shop shirts you can donate so we know what we have to work with.
