I keep a squirt bottle of WD40 on my Strippit. When punching holes I give the upper and lower dies a squirt every 10-15 hits. Seems to cut down on the punch grabbing the material.

A few thoughts Extreme pressure lube McMaster has
crisco or bacon grease I have known of dowel pins light press with crisco that did not want to come back out
