Hey everyone, back with a little update. Got doors, quarters, fenders back from blasting,so that means pinholes and thin areas. Started by putting a bottom on passenger door shell.

Hey everyone, hope all had a good holiday season. I was off for two weeks from my real job,so I managed to get some done on Henry. Got most of interior sheet metamade and welded in. Also managed to build myself a new beadroller, top shaft has an inch of horizontal adjustment, powered by a atv winch using a 12 volt power supply and pulse width modulator to control speed and direction. Has a 27 inch throat, so far quite happy how it works.

Hi Devin,
Great looking bead roller. The car flooring looks real good too. I do have a question on the floor. I see the tack welding or what looks like skip welding of the edges. Are you done with the welding of the floor, and if so do you worry about water, mud, dirt, etc. getting between the panels and the frame work underneath? Will you be seam sealing all the edges to help prevent the infiltration? What about the underside of the floor? OK, enough questions from me. Hopefully you can share your plan, as I am at the same point and can learn from the floor repairs you doing right now. TX Mr fixit Chris |
