Cool, a fresh new unpolluted site! Thanks for putting this together.
I hate intros, but here goes!!! When I look back at how long I have been doing this, I think I should be a lot better at this than I am!! I have been in this trade now since I was in high school. That would be 36 years. But you can teach an old dog new tricks!
Like most of you who do this for a living, old car restoration is a big part of my business, but I get projects that are all across the board. Thats how my buddys came up with the name of my shop. I guess its good not to keep all your eggs in one basket.
Thanks again to all you that assembled this site. Its going to be a job to keep out the riff raff!

Tim, thanks for the intro, I hate them also but it is a way to start posting and let people who you are. Are you close to Houston? Looking forward to reading your posts.

Welcome aboard Tim!

The intro is just a way to encourage that first post

How's metalshaping in Texas these days? Never made my way down there for anything more than a visit, the move fell apart, so I'm stuck in a different sort of combine country

Thanks for rolling out the welcome mat! All of you seem to be like me! My mind is always on this craft, even when I am on vacation! Like they say, find something you like to do, and you will never work a day in your life!!!
John, you have come a long way in a short period of time. Congrats, some never get it!
Tim, glad things worked out for you. Texas would have worked for you. I grew up in southern Calif. and Texas has been very good to me. Never want to live anywhere else!
