Default Compound curve lover.

My name is Keith Hicks, the Keith is optional. I am from Brisbane, Australia. I have a mud guard manufacturing business. I currently stretch form my guards. This is fine for simple curves, but, I just love compound curves. I am eagerly investigating the "crown roller" type machines. I have just received my first Metalshaping book (book 2) from Autofuturist, and can't read fast enough!

Whilst having a commercial bias, if I never sell a pair of reverse curve guards, I would still be happy with building a roller, even if I only ever make 2 pairs of matching guards, 1 pair for my ute and the other for the trailer.

I am also very patriotic and strongly oppose outsourcing any of my manufacturing to China. Personally I think these skills will be lost for ever if we don't keep them alive. That and the fact you can't beat the shear beauty of a sheet of metal being formed right in front of your eyes!
