Greetings from Wet Welsh Wales. I am the long-suffering husband of a mad artist who comes up with ideas for all kinds of constructions involving wood, metal, bits of old rope.. you name it. She has the ideas, I have to work out ways to get it all together without falling apart ! Hence, my need to pick the brains of you kind folks regarding the best ways to drill, rivet, bend.... etc etc.

I'm a pretty practical guy with good mechanical knowledge but I need a helping hand sometimes when things aren't going how I'd hoped.

I look forward to asking you impossible questions that she's delegated to me !

Welcome to the forum Kevan, there’s plenty to learn on here. Ask what you like, trying to keep it related to metal shaping, and there will be plenty of answers for you. Post up some photos of her work so we can get an idea of what she does.
