Here some work from the passengers door.

New door skin was wheeled up.

The gap around the top hinge was to big so I had to add a small part in
about 2 to 2.5mm big to reduce the gap.
Sorry I forgot to take pictures of the gap before the fill in part.

Welded and planished.

Cut off for finally finishing.

Finished part.

No more gap.

More dents to take out while the door skin was off
make access easier with the dolly.

Inside of door frame and door skin painted before the new skin is welded on.

Setting door skin up for tack welding.

Tacked in place.

Nice tight fit up and TIG fusion tack welded.

Welded in one go from end to end.

Time to remove the distortion.

Hammer and dolly work begins.

Checking for highs and lows.

A tool I made up for getting the fold line for correct door gaps.

Another quick tool for folding on that line.

Hammering the fold down and under.

Preparing to weld tops of door back on.

A tool I use to pull door frame out so they line up.

Welded and finished door frame.

Working through the bad miss alignment on the inside of the door frame.

Slits cut to re align frame.

10mm mismatch on front of door frame.

Cuts made to move frame around.

Finished.

60mm gap infill left over from chop top.

The finished door.

Next Bear claw locks and power windows going in.
