Default Hello From Nigel in The UK

Hello everyone, I’m Nigel and I’m based in Southport, England. I am a classic car restorer and I’ve been doing it full time since 2012, it was a hobby before. I have just taken over a business called Vintage Wings, which among other things makes Morgan Sportscar wings, commercial and tractor wings. The company has come with several additional al machines which I’d love to learn how to use, and repair! We have an Eckold Piccolo, Pullmax, Weld rushers and rotary cutters along with some English wheels, rollers, Magee wired edgers which will all need some attention to keep them operating properly. I’m looking forward to learning much more about what can be done with these tools.

Welcome, Nigel. This is the right place for metal shaping. I think you're well prepared.

Welcome Nigel to the best forum for metalshaping, from another UK guy. Sounds like you have some nice equipment, I'm just an amateur so not in the Eckold league, but it keeps me out of the pub.

Welcome Nigel.
Sounds like a good kit of metal machines.
The Magees will all keep you very happy doing the jobs they are set for. (Changing the machine over to perform another task will need mastery of patience and detail.)
