Welcome Alex! Your English is very very good. Unfortunately the only Russian I know I learned from a Croatian mate who's second language is Russian. He taught me 'do svidanya' which I was able to exclaim when I bade farewell to my large Russian shaper (Stanko) which I restored, used and then sold. Great bit of kit with a half metre stroke. Some great craftsmen on here who are very giving with their advice. Please post lots of picture of any projects you are working on - we love pictures!

Wow! These are really cool places. In 2015, my wife (she's a biologist) and I were volunteers in a wildlife reserve on Sakhalin. We lived in a small house on the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk. And there were no people besides us. But there were many bears and other animals. 1.5 months of full autonomy. It was delicious!
