Default Chris Bspoke

Hi all my name is Chris Cant i live just outside a town called Leicester smack bag in the centre of the U.K. I have been working as a weldor/fabricator for the last 14/15 years . Started out at 17 playing around with old aircooled vdubs, in the last couple of years i have been messing about making bits and peices for friends bikes but have now decided it was about time that i really learnt how to shape metal . Just need to think of a nice project to waste the next 10 years or so on LOL.

Welcome to allmetalshaping.com, Chris. Hope to learn some stuff from you as you post your projects and experiences.

I seem to have the same problem as you, in trying to figure out what project to work on. Seems like my dad just found a good one though, 1956 Cadillac Convertible. Were picking it up today.

Chris,

Congratulations on the Wedding Anniversary.

Time is priceless and hard to come by, but it is always better when you have a great family to spend it with. I hope you can squeeze a few projects in here and there.

Hi Chris, English weather and seasons only gives you about two months of the year where you can face going into a garage to work anyway!

Hi David the british weather doesn't bother me to much my WORK workshop is of 60's industrial concrete construction colder in the winter than air temp hotter in the summer than air temp , great for losing weight in the summer but you put it all back on in the winter. Home workshop is on the side of my house plumbed a rad in there so nice and warm in the winter , nw facing so gets very little sun in the summer so stay's pretty cool.
