Default New from massachusetts

I'm a musical instrument repair technician working on brass and woodwind instruments for over 23 years. My job and my hobbies blend together. I play the French horn . I've been in massachusetts for 18 years originally from saskatchewan. At work I do a lot of brass work, machining , soldering, brazing and fabricating. Some custom guard plates shrunk, burnished. Some drawing of tubing using custom made mandrels. I'd like to learn spinning to make bells. At home I do a lot of car repair, head gaskets, timing belts, lawn tractor, snowblower, etc. I'm looking to learn more about bead rolling, Shrinker stretcher, English wheel and welding. Maybe make some custom car parts or just be creative.

Jim
