New guy from League City, TX
Hello all,
Matt here and I'm new to the site. Been working on my 1970 Chevelle and trying to learn the art of metal working... Using a DHC2000 and also a mig welder. As of now I'm learning or shall I say fighting warpage. Got a new set of hammers on the way so it looks like I'll be learning that end as well. Talked with Jim from cut-likeplasma and he referred me to this site. I hope I can learn a few tips and tricks to help the work go smoother. Since I don't have anyone to teach me its kinda tuff learning from scratch. -Matt

Hi and welcome to the forum. I'm new here as well, but this seems to be a very friendly place. Also noticed you were from League City. I lived in Dickinson as a young boy. Some of my best childhood memories are times there. My dad worked on the oil refineries in Baytown, Pasadena, etc. Nice place to live, just brutal in the summer though.

Welcome to the site Matt. You will be able to learn quite a bit here. I live just up the road from you in Clear Lake. I am a novice also.
