i have watched guys use a pressure washer for hydro forming on youtube. it seems to be a simple process for parts that aren’t too complex.

One of the old blacksmiths I know used to make rooster weather vanes . He would cut out two profiles ,weld them around the perimeter weld in a pipe fitting . then heat the fowl in the forge to a red heat and then blast it with the air hose into the pipe . Instant 3D bird.
Have you seen any of Kent 's flow forming with hand held air hammers? That might be a better choice and you could use the tools for other projects .
