Post Greetings

Have discovered this site and thought that it was very interesting. I am at present trying to restore a 40 year old Austin Mini that I bought last year . It was supposed to be a weekend project ? to get back on the road but has morfed into a bit longer job. Usual rust in all the usual places, well lots of rust in lots of places. Have already found one or two bits that have been useful. Have not had any training in metal bending or welding , have mostly taught myself through trial and hiting fingers.
but a big hello from the UK where it wet and windy at present.
Smokeybear.

Hi Nigel,
good luck with your Mini. I'm a former mini man myself. I'm not allowed to drive one ever again now though.
You'll find lots to help you here.

Stuart
