When can you swing by my shop for an afternoon or two to lend a hand? I'll buy some beer...

Seriously- Great looking parts and work. For the prior slam panel (with male & female forms), how did you employ the forms- in a hydraulic press or ??

Well, I was hoping you did something more simple than a big press, because I don't have one.

Maybe using them alternately as hammerforms- old fashion hammer & corking, flow forming, etc- then finishing the form by clamping the two together would be the preferred answer. I've got that level of technology here.

No matter the method or answer, the beer offer remains on the table.

Thanks Carl,

The kidney bowls, sills, torque mounts & wing rails are really good, even the heater tubes!!, however there are lots of smallish rust holes everywhere they shouldn't be, so it's the proverbial swings & roundabouts scenario

Steve, like Robert you are on the right lines, no hammers, no presses

I think the boards and blanks were screwed together, then run through a set of rollers several times
