Default Oh crap, made two left side panels...what do I do now?

Well, I did this at Will's roundup. Made two #4 panels on the Bugatti fenders. Pretty easy to do if you're using flexible shape patterns and forget to turn the other side inside out. Duh!

It CAN be done (ask me how I know) but you end up beating on it so hard it changes the shape of the panel and you have to do a bunch of work to fix that. So it's normally easier to just make an offering to the metal shaping gods ad over.

This panel was almost finished and once I wheeled it lightly to finish reversing a few spots and smoothing out the ridges where I had stomped on it, it was basically done.

One word of caution, I was doing this on soft grass and not too hard dirt. Try this on gravel and you're panel will look like someone beat on it with a pick hammer. If all you have is concrete or gravel, you can lay some cardboard down and put your beater bag on it and then jump or whack on that.

Scott, How do you think they got the X-wing fighters in the original Star Wars? Didn't want to throw the extra away so they built two rights!

(just kidding!)
