Question Unknown tooling - whatizit?

Hopefully this works. I picked up a tubing bender off Marketplace yesterday and it came with these pieces. The bender is an older shop outfitters one but this stuff doesn’t seem to be in their catalog. There are several blocks with that round tool steel insert, a big holder assembly, and some other blocks that fit over that tool. I’m at a loss other than thinking they look pretty expensive.

Anyone know what this stuff is?

Looks like a tubing notcher that would work in a press. For welding tubing perpendicular to another piece.

I’m thinking you are right but I haven’t figured out how it works. I must be missing parts.
EDIT: I figured it out. Looks like a usable piece for my needs. Another bonus!

Thanks for helping me figure it out!
